Abstract:
To provide a fuel injection valve capable of suppressing dispersion of a fuel injection amount while applying a core boost structure.SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve includes a needle 20 (valve element) to open and close an injection hole for injecting a fuel, a fixed core, a movable core 30, a first spring member, a sleeve 40 (fixed member), and a second spring member SP2. The movable core 30 is sucked to the fixed core and brought into contact with the needle 20 at a timing of moving to an anti-injection hole side by a prescribed amount to make the needle 20 perform a valve closing motion. The first spring member is elastically deformed in accompany with the valve opening motion of the needle 20 and exerts first elastic force to make the needle 20 perform a valve closing motion. The second spring member SP2 is elastically deformed while held between the sleeve 40 fixed to the needle 20 and the movable core 30 and exerts second elastic force to energize the movable core 30 to the anti-injection hole side. The needle 20 has a press-fitting portion 23 to which the sleeve 40 is press-fitted, and the sleeve 40 is fixed to the needle 20 by being press-fitted to the press-fitting portion 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
