Abstract:
To provide an air filtering device that can improve the specification in filtering exhaust air easily in accordance with the standard and purpose without the need to change the configuration of an image forming apparatus, and can efficiently take in the exhaust air from the image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An air filtering device 100 comprises: a housing 10 that has an intake part 11 and an exhaust part 12; a fan 20 that is located inside the housing 10 and forms an air current in a direction from the intake part 11 toward the exhaust part 12; and a filtering part 30 through which the air current passes. While the air filtering device is attached to an image forming apparatus 500, the intake direction of the fan 20 extends along a direction in which a sheet is ejected from an ejection port 511 of the image forming apparatus 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
