Abstract:
To provide a monitoring device, a monitoring system, and a monitoring method capable of further reliably determining abnormality in a device to be monitored.SOLUTION: A monitoring device according to one aspect of an embodiment comprises an acquisition unit, a monitoring unit, a storage unit, and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires information indicating an operational state of a control device which controls predetermined equipment. The monitoring unit monitors the operational state of the control device on the basis of the information acquired from the acquisition unit. The storage unit stores a monitoring result of the control device from the monitoring unit. The determination unit determines that the control device has abnormality if it is determined that the control device has been reset a predetermined number of times or more by a reset device, which resets a control device not performing a predetermined operation, during a period in which the predetermined equipment has been activated, on the basis of the monitoring result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
