Abstract:
To provide a winding type solid electrolytic capacitor in which a solid electrolyte layer is formed using a polymerizable monomer and an oxidizing agent and an increase in leakage current caused by cracks during winding is suppressed, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In the winding type solid electrolytic capacitor, in which a polymerizable monomer is polymerized in a presence of an oxidizing agent to form a solid electrolyte layer, after a surface-spreading step, a plurality of divided portions dividing the surface-spreading portion is extended in a width direction of a foil band, after the dividing step, a dielectric film is formed on the surface of the surface-spreading portion and the divided portion. After the formation step, an anode foil and a cathode foil are placed face-to-face with a separator interposed and wound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
