Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: when a vibration sensor for determining whether the rotation of a motor is abnormal is provided in an image forming apparatus, the size and cost of the image forming apparatus are increased.SOLUTION: An abnormality determination unit 519 determines whether a motor is in a step-out state on the basis of a current value id' converted by a coordinate conversion unit 520. This consequently can prevent an increase in size and cost of an image forming apparatus due to provision of a vibration sensor for determining the step-out state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
