Abstract:
To provide a controller of a storage battery capable of averaging a life of a plurality of storage batteries.SOLUTION: A power system state information acquisition section 11 acquires power system state information, a storage battery information acquisition section 12 acquires storage battery information, a first evaluation function setting section 141 sets a first evaluation function equivalent to an evaluation function optimized in conventional optimum tidal current calculation; a second evaluation function setting section 142 sets a second evaluation function as a storage battery life evaluation function comprising a standard deviation of a past controlled variable and a current controlled variable for the respective storage batteries, an optimum tidal current calculation section 16 determines a setting value of various facilities comprising the storage batteries constituting a power system so that a value of the sum of the first evaluation function and the second evaluation function being target functions becomes optimum (minimum), and a storage battery control section 171 controls the storage battery in accordance with the determined setting value of the storage battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
