Abstract:
To provide a method capable of adhering gold foil onto a desired position on the peripheral side surface of food in a simple and consistent quality without requiring skills and causing defect, and to provide food with gold foil adhered and wound around it.SOLUTION: Rectangle gold foil held by Japanese paper, food with a holding stick projecting from the base end of the edible part thereof, and a working table with a plane part are needed. The method includes: a first process where the rectangle gold foil held by the Japanese paper is mounted on the plane part of the working table; a second process where the Japanese paper on the top surface holding the rectangular gold foil is removed; a third process where a straight part on the peripheral side surface in the base tip direction of the edible part is adhered on one side end of the rectangular gold foil; and a fourth process where the holding stick projecting from the base end of the edible part is rotated in the transverse direction of the rectangle gold foil and the gold foil is adhered onto the peripheral side surface of the edible part submissively rotating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
