Abstract:
To provide a sheet feeding device which prevents double feeding when sheets are fed out of a bundle of sheets as well as prevents sheets from being damaged.SOLUTION: An intermediate plate 9 loaded with a bundle of sheets vertically moves to a position where an uppermost sheet of the bundle of the sheet is placed to be conveyed upon printing. In this situation, a shuffling unit 7 presses the bundle of sheets and rotates in a predetermined direction. Subsequently, the shuffling unit 7 returns to an initial position. The rotation separates the upper most sheet to be transferred toward an image formation device body through rotation of an auxiliary roller 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
