Abstract:
To provide a new conductive polymer aqueous solution from which a conductive coating having excellent light fastness can be formed, and (2) to provide a conductive polymer film having high conductivity and an article coated with the polymer film.SOLUTION: A water-soluble composition is provided, comprising a polythiophene (A) containing at least one structural unit selected from a group consisting of a structural unit represented by a formula (1) and another structural unit, at least one water-soluble resin (B), and a reductive polyhydric alcohol compound (C), in which the content of (B) is 0.1 to 10 pts.wt with respect to 1 pt.wt of (A) and the content of (C) is 0.5 to 10 pts.wt with respect to 1 pt.wt of (A); and the water-soluble composition has a pH of 1.0 or more and 6.0 or less. In the formula (1), L represents a C6-12 alkylene group or a C2-7 linear alkylene-methylene ether group or linear alkylene-methylene ether group having a substituent of a C1-6 linear/branched alkyl group or F; and M represents a hydrogen ion or an alkali metal ion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
