Abstract:
To provide a fluorescent plate in which a periodic structure is provided on one surface on an excitation light incident side and which can avoid fluctuation in strength of emission light due to making mistakes in the direction of arranging the fluorescent plate in a fluorescent light source device and can avoid occurrence of color unevenness in projection light, and to provide the fluorescent light source device including the fluorescent plate.SOLUTION: A fluorescent plate 20 includes: a wavelength conversion member 22 for converting excitation light L into fluorescent light; a periodic structure 25 provided on one surface on the excitation light incident side of the wavelength conversion member; a light reflection layer 23 provided on one surface on the opposite side from the excitation light incident side; and a support body 26 for supporting the light reflection layer. It also includes a direction discrimination part 21 which is visually recognizable with naked eyes from one surface on the excitation light incident side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
