Abstract:
To provide an electrospinning device for forming a fiber membrane on a base material conveyed in a vertical direction, capable of preventing fibers from being adhered onto a conveying roller and the like without extending a conveying path of the base material in the vertical direction to enhance a quality of the fiber membrane, reduce the size of the device and improve a maintainability.SOLUTION: An electrospinning device includes a conveying device 60 for conveying a base material 40 in a vertical direction, a head unit 30 arranged so as to face the base material 40 conveyed by the conveying device 60 and discharging a raw material liquid of fibers by applying a voltage to form a membrane of the fibers on the base material 40, and a control body 70 which is arranged in a position at least at one end side of the head unit 30 in a vertical direction and to which a voltage having the same polarity as that of a voltage applied to the head unit 30 is applied to generate an electric field in a periphery of the position at one end side of the head unit 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
