Abstract:
To provide a composite structure member which can be easily manufactured, and in which concrete and steel materials can be firmly connected (unified), and extremely high bending rigidity can be expected, a composite beam material, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A concrete part 3 made of prestressed concrete is disposed on the inner side of a cylindrical steel shell part 2 in which a projection (restraint means) is formed on the inner side surface, to form a composite structural member 1. The concrete part 3 which consists of prestressed concrete is formed by a method of setting and hardening expansion concrete inside the steel shell part or a method of inserting a pre-formed prestressed concrete block 4 into the inside of the steel shell part 2 and charging grout 5 into the space between the block 4 and the steel shell part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
