Abstract:
To provide an oil degradation sensor with which it is possible to measure degradation of oil in various situations.SOLUTION: An oil degradation sensor comprises: a compact supply board in which a meandering supply passage for supplying oil while adjusting its temperature is formed; a measuring chip that includes a measurement unit arranged in a space communicating with the supply passage, in which dual spiral shapes are formed, with a magnet provided on one of the dual spiral shapes, vibration characteristics of the measurement unit changing in accordance with viscosity of the oil passing through a groove; a temperature adjustment unit installed in close proximity to the supply passage and the space in order to adjust temperatures of these; and a discharge board in which a discharge path for discharging the oil having passed through the measuring chip is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
