Abstract:
To provide an active ray-curable inkjet ink and an inkjet image formation method which exhibit a stable ink injection property and are free from difference between images that is caused by types of recording media.SOLUTION: The active ray-curable inkjet ink contains a photopolymerizable compound, a liquid crystalline gelling agent, a dispersant, and a pigment. The liquid crystalline gelling agent is a liquid crystalline compound having a structure represented by general formula (A). The dispersant has at least one of an acidic group and a basic group. [Ar is a hydrocarbon group or hetero group including a benzene ring or polycyclic fused ring; j is an integer from 2 to 8; multiple occurrences of V are each independently a substituent having the structure; k is an integer from 1 to 3; and W is an acidic group and is a carboxy group, phosphate group or sulfonate group.]SELECTED DRAWING: None
