Abstract:
To provide a door opening/closing device for pets, relatively reasonable, easy to install, preventive of drafts and drops in air conditioning efficiency.SOLUTION: A door opening/closing device for pets consists of a main body 1, installed as pressed between upper ends of the door header and a door D, a wire hanging member 2, arranged as straddling on the upper end of the door D apart from a rotating axis thereof, and a wire 3 which connects the main body and the wire hanging member. The main body 1 has a push stay 11 facing a part of the door D closer to an end thereof, a tension spring 12 for giving pull force to the wire 3, a lead-in maximizing mechanism 13 for increasing the lead-in quantity of the wire 3, and a slow-down mechanism 14 for decreasing the shutting speed of the door D according to the lead-in of the wire 3. Repulsive force of the door D against the door opening direction is arranged to be bigger than the pull force of the wire 3 after the push stay 11 has been pushed in.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
