Abstract:
To provide a switchable laser device which is switchable while inhibiting enlargement in size and maintains higher safety even when using high output laser.SOLUTION: A switchable laser device 10 of the present invention comprises: a laser light source 31 which generates laser light; a laser switch 32 which turns on and off the laser light source; an output part 50 which outputs the laser light generated from the laser light source which passes through a first optical axis; a light receiving part 60 which receives the laser light generated from the light source which passes through a second optical axis different from the first optical axis; an ultrasonic wave generating part 42 which generates an ultrasonic wave; an ultrasonic wave switch 43 which turns on and off the ultrasonic wave generating part; and a transmissive AO crystal 41 which switches an irradiation direction of the laser light from the laser light source between the first optical axis and the second optical axis according to changes of its refractive index due to the application of the ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic wave generating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
