To adjust an indoor environment state with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A control device 2 transmits state data including an indoor environment state of a house and an operation state of an adjustment device which adjusts the indoor environment state to a server. The server 9 predicts an indoor environment state after a predetermined time on the basis of house information and the state data, determines control actions of the adjustment device on the basis of a predicted result, and transmits control instruction data generated on the basis of the determined control actions to the control device 2. The control device 2 receives the control instruction data from the server 9, and controls the adjustment device on the basis of the received control instruction data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
