To provide a facility evaluation system than can evaluate quality of multiple facility objectively.SOLUTION: A facility evaluation system comprising a facility evaluation device 10 mutually communicable to multiple vehicles Vn and multiple facilities Hn in a prescribed area, the device 10 comprises a biological information acquisition part 10a1 acquiring biological information of crew members in the multiple vehicles Vn every prescribed interval, a stay determination part 10a2 judging which vehicle among the multiple vehicles Vn stays on which facility among the multiple facilities Hn, an index value addition part 10a3 adding an index value R to the facility Hn on the basis of the biological information of the crew member in the vehicle Vn in the acquired biological information when the vehicle stayed in the facility Hn1, and an evaluation information part 10a4 summing up the added index value R for each of the multiple facilities Hn and generating evaluation information for each of the multiple facilities Hn on the basis of the sum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
