Abstract:
To provide an electromagnet device excellent in the homogeneity of the magnetic field generated by a superconducting coil by suppressing the deflection of a yoke generated by the magnetic attraction force.SOLUTION: An electromagnet device 70 includes a cylindrical yoke side wall 22, a flat plate-like yoke top plates 21 and yoke bottom plates 52 provided at both ends of the yoke side wall 22, and a superconducting coil 23 disposed inside the yoke side wall 22 and generating a magnetic field in the axial direction of the yoke side wall 22, and in the yoke top plate 21, an annular protrusion 24 is disposed so as to be applied to the outer surface which is the opposite surface of a joint portion 18 between the yoke side wall 22 and the yoke top plate 21 on a virtual surface in which the cylindrical inner surface of the yoke side wall 22 is axially extended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
