Abstract:
To provide a motor control device capable of, in a motor in which a skew angle between split yokes is set, generating a force for canceling a thrust force without increasing the skew angle.SOLUTION: When the motor rotation speed Nm of a motor 18 falls within a predetermined rotation speed range (Nmp1-Nmp2), advance angle control of the motor 18 is performed so as to increase a second thrust force F2. Accordingly, even when a skew angle θs is set to a value smaller than the skew angle of a split yoke corresponding to a case in which a first thrust force F1 is maximum, the second thrust force F2 that can cancel the first thrust force F1 can be generated, and vibrations caused by the first thrust force F1 can be reduced. Further, since the skew angle θs can be made smaller than the skew angle θs for the case in which the first thrust force F1 is maximum, deterioration in fuel consumption can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
