Abstract:
To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle which can achieve downsizing of a power unit in a fore and aft direction while arranging a rope-like member on a side surface of the power unit and achieve improvement of flexibility of the layout of peripheral components and reduction of the number of components.SOLUTION: A rope-like member 60 extending in a vertical direction is disposed between an ACG cover 35 and a sprocket cover 50. The sprocket cover 50 includes: an outer wall part 52 located at the outer side in a vehicle width direction; an inner wall part 58 disposed and spaced away to the inner side from the outer wall part 52 in the vehicle width direction; and a standing wall part 59 standing from the inner wall part 58 to the outer side in the vehicle width direction and connected to the outer wall part 52. The outer wall part 52, the inner wall part 58, and the standing wall part 59 form a groove part 57 opening to the ACG cover 35 side and extending in the vertical direction. The rope-like member 60 is disposed in the groove part 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
