To provide non immunogenic immunoglobulin to be administered to target species.SOLUTION: The invention provides a humanized antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that can specifically bind to human nerve growth factor (NGF), comprising a light chain variable region comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13 or an amino acid sequence having at least 85% identity thereto, and a heavy chain variable region comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14 or an amino acid sequence having at least 85% identity thereto, where at any position in the framework regions of the heavy and light chain variable regions, no amino acid which would be foreign at that position in one or more immunoglobulins derived from a human is contained.SELECTED DRAWING: None
