Abstract:
To provide a control device of a vehicle capable of preventing unintended movement of a vehicle without changing a structure.SOLUTION: A control portion controls an attitude control device (step S4) so that braking force is acted on a wheel in a case when a switching operation from a travel range to a non-travel range is performed by a shifty range operation portion (YES in step 3) in a state that a temperature of an oil circulated in a frictional engagement element of a clutch is less than a prescribed oil temperature (YES in step S1), and a vehicle speed sensor detects stop of a vehicle (YES in step S2). Further the control portion controls the attitude control device so that the braking force is acted on the wheel, and the braking force is gradually increased as the vehicle speed approaches 0, in a case when the switching operation from the travel range to the non-travel range is performed by the shift range operation portion in the states that the oil temperature is less than the prescribed oil temperature, and the vehicle sensor detects that the vehicle travels at less than the prescribed vehicle speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
