Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid-sealed vibration isolator capable of removing air to be deposited onto an integration component when integrating the integration component into a main body component after immersing the integration component in a liquid that is stored in a liquid tank, and a manufacturing device for the liquid-sealed vibration isolator.SOLUTION: A main body component 1 is attached to a liquid tank 20 which is capable of storing a liquid W therein, in such a manner that the liquid tank 20 communicates with a liquid sealing chamber 6 via an opening. The liquid W is supplied into the liquid tank 20 and the liquid sealing chamber 6, the liquid W is stored in the liquid tank 20, and the liquid sealing chamber 6 is filled with the liquid W. In a state where integration components 4 and 5 are immersed in the liquid W that is stored in the liquid tank 20, the liquid W is injected from injection parts 51 and 52 towards the integration components 4 and 5, and the integration components 4 and 5 are then integrated into the main body component 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
