To provide a sealing structure and a pump device that can be manufactured at low cost.SOLUTION: A sealing structure 2 of a pump device 1 comprises: a fastening member 2B comprising a head part 39a, a cylindrical middle part provided on the head part 39a, a male screw part 39c provided at a tip of the middle part, a seal groove 39d provided in an outer peripheral surface of the middle part, and an O-ring 39e provided in the seal groove 39d; and a fastened member 2A comprising a seat surface 38a in contact with the head part 39a, a seal part 38b opened at a center of the seat surface 38a and opposed to the middle part, and a female screw part 38c provided continuously with the seal part 38b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
