Abstract:
To control an amount of heat of a high-temperature high-pressure steam obtained as steam for dehydration and concentration, in a dehydration and concentration system provided with a dehydration and concentration machine.SOLUTION: A dehydration and concentration system includes a dehydration and concentration machine 1 for dehydrating and concentrating a treated object by transferring heat of steam for dehydration and concentration passing inside of a heat transfer member 12 to the treated object by bringing the treated object into contact with the heat transfer member 12 in a dehydration and concentration chamber 11, a heat exchanger 4 to which the steam recovered from the inside of the dehydration and concentration chamber 11 and drain recovered from the heat transfer member 12 are supplied to use the steam as steam for heat exchange and to discharge the steam by evaporating the drain by utilizing the heat of the steam for heat exchange, a compressor 6 compressing the steam generated from the heat exchanger 4 to obtain high-temperature high-pressure steam recycled as steam for drying, and first adjustment portions 35 PLC capable of adjusting a supply amount of the drain supplied to the heat exchanger 4 according to a condition of the steam generated from the heat exchanger 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
