Abstract:
To provide a bus bar module capable of securing a holding strength between an insulator resin part and a bus bar, and a wire harness.SOLUTION: A bus bar module includes a flat cable 10 and a bus bar 20. The flat cable 10 includes a cable part 11 and an insulator resin part 12. The cable part 11 has a plurality of conductor wires 11a arranged side by side at predetermined intervals on a plane, and a coating part 11b collectively coating the plurality of conductor wires 11a with an insulating resin. The insulator resin part 12 is provided in parallel with the cable part 11, and is composed of the same resin as the coating part 11b. The bus bar 20 is crimped and fixed to the insulator resin part 12. When a length in a direction perpendicular to the plane is defined as a thickness, a thickness T1 of the insulator resin part 12 is 0.5 mm or more, and a value obtained by dividing the thickness T1 by a thickness T2 of the bus bar 20 is 0.5 or more and 2.38 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
