Abstract:
To provide a forming method of a coating layer which prevents wear even when a mold is repeatedly used.SOLUTION: A forming method of a coating layer includes a pressurizing process (a step S2) of pressurizing mixed powder 3 placed on a surface 2a of a heated mold 2 and pressing to the surface 2a of the mold 2. The mixed powder 3 contains a coating material and carbon, and the coating layer 31b is formed on the surface 2a of the mold 2 by reacting the coating material in the pressurizing process (the step S2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
