Abstract:
To provide a micromanipulator capable of performing two treatments on a minute object without replacing an end effector.SOLUTION: A micromanipulator includes: two end effectors 107 and 108 for accessing a minute object 10; a handling section for rotating the end effector 108; and a displacement synthesis section and a Z-direction movement direction section, which move the handling section. The micromanipulator has a first mode for bringing tip sections of the end effectors 107 and 108 close to each other so as to hold the minute object 10 and a second mode for crossing the tip sections of the end effectors 107 and 108 so as to cut the minute object 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
