Abstract:
To provide a turbine nozzle capable of suppressing performance deterioration due to influence of a boundary layer developing on a negative pressure surface of a blade, and an axial flow turbine including the turbine nozzle.SOLUTION: A turbine nozzle includes a plurality of blades arrayed so as to form a tapered flow passage therebetween. A negative pressure surface of each blade comprises, at a throat position, a curve surface forming a throat of a flow passage between one blade and a rear edge of another blade positioned adjacently to the one blade. An upstream side edge part of the curve surface is positioned on an upstream side of the throat position, and a downstream side edge part of the curve surface is positioned on a downstream side of the throat position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
