Abstract:
To provide a gas cooking stove which is safe and has good usability so that a user does not feel uncomfortably hot or get burned even when the user touches an operation knob during cooking or immediately after cooking, in the gas cooking stove in which the operation knob is disposed on the front side or on the lateral side of a cooking stove burner on a top plate.SOLUTION: An operation knob 25 has a constitution provided with: (a) a holding part which a user holds with fingers when operating the operation knob; and (b) a heat insulating wall 50 located between the holding part in an ignition state and a cooking stove burner 10 and for suppressing transmission of the heat generating by the combustion of the cooking stove burner to the holding part. The heat insulating wall is formed separately from the holding part. The holding part is constituted by synthetic resin, and the heat insulating wall is constituted by silicon rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
