Abstract:
To satisfactorily hinder deformation of a coil during processing while accelerating a bending operation and a feed operation when the coil is formed by repeating the bending operation and feed operation for a flat wire.SOLUTION: A coil winding device comprises: a guide member including a first and second guide walls, each of which has an internal surface including a receiving surface for receiving a side face of a coil during a process when a flat wire is bent by a bending operation and also including a guide surface for guiding the coil during a process when the flat wire is fed by a feeding operation, and which are coupled such that their internal surfaces are opposite to each other with a space between them, the guide member being disposed so as to freely rotate around a rotation center extending in parallel to a bending center of the flat wire; a rotary drive device that rotates and drives the guide member; and a control device that controls the rotary drive device such that the guide member rotates in synchronization with the bending operation and feed operation for the flat wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
