Abstract:
To provide a composite material molding method which reduces cost required for molding even when a size of the composite material is large, and a composite material molded by the method.SOLUTION: A composite material molding method includes: a molding die formation step S12 of forming a molding die containing a resin; a lamination step S14 of laminating a fiber-containing material which is formed into a shape along the molding die and has a reinforcement fiber on the molding die; a pressing step S16 of pressing a head against the fiber-containing material and thereby sandwiching the fiber-containing material between the head and the molding die, and pressing the fiber-containing material; a heating step S18 of heating the resin of the molding die with a heating member provided on the head to infiltrate the resin in the fiber-containing resin and react the resin; and a moving step S20 of moving the head along the fiber-containing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
