Abstract:
To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a corrugated tube.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a corrugated tube at least partially comprising a first outer wall area having a first outer diameter and a second outer wall area having a second outer diameter, in which both are alternately formed to be corrugated. The corrugated tube is manufactured with a plastic vacuum-blow mold by a plastic vacuum-blow molding process using a corrugator (1) such that the first outer diameter is larger than the second outer diameter, in which one or a plurality of openings are formed in at least some of the first outer wall area so as to form the openings in at least some of the first outer wall area of the corrugator (1) during the plastic vacuum-blow molding process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
