Abstract:
To realize reduction in the number of manufacturing processes and costs as well as reduction in weight of a vehicle body frame by reducing the number of components of the vehicle body frame.SOLUTION: A head pipe 11 for supporting a front wheel 16 through a steering shaft 12 comprises: a head pipe body 31 through which the steering shaft is inserted; an upper head pipe fixing member 32 comprising an upper steering shaft insertion portion joined to an upper end of the head pipe body; and a lower head pipe fixing member 33 comprising a lower steering shaft insertion portion joined to a lower end of the head pipe body. In a pair of left and right main frames 20 having the same structure, a tank rail portion 41 extending rearward from the head pipe, a down frame portion 42 extending obliquely downward and rearward from the head pipe, and a bridge frame portion 43 connecting the tank rail portion and the down frame portion are formed as one part in an A-shape in a vehicle side view. A top side 46 is joined to the head pipe body, and the upper head pipe fixing member and the lower head pipe fixing member are joined to the main frames.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
