Abstract:
To provide an ink used in applications for manufacturing electronic components by an inkjet printing method, and containing silver nanoparticles at high concentration, and excellent in injection stability and low temperature sinterability.SOLUTION: The ink is an ink for inkjet printing containing a surface modified silver nanoparticle (A) and a dispersant (B), in which the (A) is a surface treated silver nanoparticle having a configuration in which a surface of a silver nanoparticle is covered by a protection agent containing amine, content of the (A) (in terms of silver element) is over 40 wt.% and 70 wt.% or less, the (B) contains (b-1) secondary alcohol and/or tertiary alcohol having boiling point of 185°C or higher, and (b-2) hydrocarbon having boiling point of 200°C or higher, and total content of the (b-1) and (b-2) is 70 wt.% or more of total amount of the (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
