Abstract:
To provide a controller of a wastegate valve capable of accurately controlling operation of an exhaust turbine type supercharger.SOLUTION: A controller 37 for controlling a wastegate valve 30A installed at an exhaust bypass passage 29A bypassing a turbine wheel 28A of an exhaust turbine type supercharger 12A and flowing exhaust, is configured to, when supercharging pressure of an engine is equal to or less than a predetermined value, control the wastegate valve 30A in a position control mode of setting a target operation position and controlling operation positions of wastegate valves 30A, 30B according to the target operation position, and when the supercharging pressure exceeds the predetermined value, control the wastegate valve in a driving force control mode of setting a target driving force and controlling driving force of the wastegate valves 30A, 30B according to the target driving force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
