Abstract:
To provide a state monitoring method for a heat exchanger of an automobile, in particular, provided with a plurality of first flow channels of a coolant installed in an overlapping manner, and a plurality of second flow channels of a process medium installed between the plurality of first flow channels in which a collection box is attached to the end part.SOLUTION: A plurality of sensors for detecting distortions and operation parameters (BP) of a heat exchanger, and a storage unit are installed in a heat exchanger. A state monitoring method includes: a step for detecting operation parameters by the sensor; a step for storing a measurement value in the storage unit; a step for loading a characteristic value of the heat exchanger and the measurement value stored in the storage unit to an analysis unit; a step for evaluating the measurement value in the analysis unit by analysis software; a step for calculating an updated damage value of the heat exchanger; a step for storing the updated damage value in the analysis unit; and a step for outputting the updated damage value to an output unit.
