Abstract:
To reduce a time for optimizing a radio communication network.SOLUTION: A radio communications system including a terminal device, a first base station device for performing radio connection with the terminal device using a first method, a second base station device for performing radio connection with the terminal device using a second method differing from the first method, and a control device for controlling the radio communication of the terminal device. The control device includes: a determination unit that divides target terminal devices capable of radio connection with the first base station device and the second base station device into one or more terminal groups according to reception quality at the terminal devices of signals transmitted by the first base station device and the second base station device and, for each terminal group, determines a base station device to which each of target terminal devices belonging to the terminal group performs radio connection; and a control unit for performing control so that the target terminal device performs radio connection to the determined base station device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
