Abstract:
To provide a linear motor that can be thinned while suppressing an increase in leakage flux.SOLUTION: A movable element 10 is provided movably in a movable direction (Y-axis direction) in a magnetic air gap 30g. A first yoke 24 and a second yoke 26 are spaced apart from each other in a first direction (Z-axis direction) perpendicular to the movable direction (Y-axis direction) so as to face each other. A field magnet 22 is fixed to the first yoke 24, faces the second yoke 26 via the magnetic air gap 30g, and forms a field magnetic field in the magnetic air gap 30g. The field magnet 22 is provided only in the first yoke 24 and not provided in the second yoke 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
