Abstract:
To provide a rice cooker suppressing unevenness in cooking and attaining high productivity in manufacturing a cooking pot.SOLUTION: A rice cooker heats a pot 2 formed of metal plate material and cooks rice. A plurality of convex shape beads 7 are formed on a side surface 11 of the pot 2 toward its inner surface from its outer surface, the beads 7 obliquely extend upward from below on the side surface 11 of the pot 2. According to such a structure, a lot of air bubbles generated at the time of boiling in cooking rice get in touch with the beads 7 to receive power in a rotational direction, and sufficient power in the rotational direction is applied even when the amount of rice is large, and suppresses unevenness in cooking, so that entirely puffy and tasty cooked rice can be cooked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
