Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method in which valve and nozzle parts are separated from each other in the structure of an oil jet for a vehicle, the valve part is configured to be standardized, and the pressure of a spring can be accurately controlled.SOLUTION: There is provided a two-piece type oil jet assembly manufactured by separating a nozzle part and a valve part from each other, changing the nozzle part in accordance with the type of vehicle, standardizing and mass-producing the valve part, and combining the nozzle and valve parts with each other, thereby producing the effects of reducing the cost, simplifying the process, and ensuring the competitiveness in markets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
