Abstract:
To suppress ash, adhering to a heat transfer pipe of a boiler provided in a waste incinerator, to a predetermined value or less, and prevent corrosion of the heat transfer pipe.SOLUTION: With a method for suppressing blockage and corrosion in a waste incinerator boiler 20, ash adhering to a heat transfer pipe is removed by operating a pressure wave generation device. The method comprises: obtaining the relationship of boiler collection heat efficiency calculated from a heating energy amount generated by combustion of waste and a steam energy amount generated in the boiler 20, and a thickness t of the ash adhering to the heat transfer pipe in advance; after starting operation of the boiler 20, obtaining the thickness t of the ash from the calculated boiler heat collection efficiency; and controlling the pressure wave generation device so as to keep the thickness t of the ash to a threshold or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
