Abstract:
To solve the problem that punching of a cutting sheet in a multiface-imposed condition requires a work frequency proportional to the number of impositions in the case of a mold on the basis of each product although it is general to perform manufacturing with a shape based on a single product type as a basic unit in a conventional practice.SOLUTION: A sheet cutting unit punching mold is provided, wherein a mold is arranged in many faces with one stroke wiring closed pattern of a multifaced punching-shaped cutting blade as a unit plane.EFFECT: A work frequency can be reduced because one step can be executed on the basis of a sheet cutting unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
