Abstract:
To provide a camera device photographing state diagnosis method for an elevator, a remote diagnosis system, and a remote diagnosis program that enable easy remote diagnosis as to whether the photographing state of a camera device of the elevator is normal.SOLUTION: This camera device photographing state diagnosis method for an elevator is implemented by a remote diagnosis system. The remote diagnosis system causes a camera device to perform photographing a plurality of times by changing illuminance in a car when a diagnosis timing for the photographing state of the camera device installed in the elevator car arrives, converts each of a plurality of pieces of photographed image information into grayscale image information, and diagnoses that the photographing state of the camera device is abnormal when black areas are detected at similar positions in the converted pieces of grayscale image information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
