To provide an ink composition for plasma curable off-set printing capable of providing sufficient dry state even when a plasma generated by a remote type plasma generator is used, and having high reactivity to plasma, and a manufacturing method and a printing method of a printed matter using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink composition for plasma curable off-set printing containing a pigment component and a binder resin, and further a specific component consisting of at least one selected from a group consisting of castor oil, polymerized oil and an alkyd resin having acid value of 10 mgKOH/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
