Abstract:
To provide oil-resistant paper excellent in, besides oil resistance, heat-sealing properties and gas barrier properties.SOLUTION: Oil-resistant paper of this invention includes: a first coating layer and a second coating layer, the layers being provided on one surface or both surfaces of base paper. The first coating layer includes as major components: kaolin with an aspect ratio of 55 or more and 120 or less; and styrene-butadiene copolymer latex, gel content of which is 92 mass% or more and 98 mass% or less, and butadiene content of which is 45 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less. The second coating layer includes as a major component an emulsion containing styrene-acrylic copolymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
