Abstract:
To provide a heat transfer apparatus which can form a screw hole to mount an electric heating object member such as electronic parts to further free position, and electronic equipment therewith, and a method of manufacturing the heat transfer apparatus.SOLUTION: A base plate 2 is divided and formed by a main part 3 having a first face 11, and a lid part 4 which has a thinner wall than the main part 3 and has a second face 12. A flow passage is formed by forming a groove 21 and fixing after covering the lid part 4 in the main part 3. An electric heating object member 100 is tightened with screws in an arbitrary position of the side of the first face 11 by forming a lead hole 22 which leads to the groove 21, and inserts and fixes a mouth sleeve 6 in the main part 3, and matching a center C1 of the radial direction of the mouth sleeve 6 with a center face C2 approximately in the thickness direction of the base plate 2, and making to be a thickness not to exceed a plane D in the thickness direction of the base plate 2 even if a tightening nut 6a rotates, and decentering a center face C3 of the flow passage to the side of the second face 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
