Abstract:
To provide a technique for controlling the power fluctuation rate depending on the fluctuation of electricity demand.SOLUTION: A first group management system server 12a controls the power fluctuation rate in a power storage system group constituted of power storage systems which are installed at each of multiple consumers. A reception unit 410 receives a piece of first information on the power fluctuation rate by the power storage system group from an upper system server 10. A generation unit 432 generates a piece of second information on the power fluctuation rate in each of the power storage systems on the basis of the first information received from the reception unit 410. A transmission unit 422 transmits the second information generated by the generation unit 432 to the multiple consumers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
