Abstract:
To accurately detect a position of a variable magnet.SOLUTION: An outer rotor 20 includes a plurality of variable magnets 25 of which magnetic force can be changed. A position of each variable magnet 25 is detected by two analog outer position sensors 45 whose output voltage varies linearly in accordance with a magnetic flux of each variable magnet 25. The two outer position sensors 45 are positioned apart from each other by an electric angle of 120 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
